HUBER Closed Tube Screw Conveyor Ro8 Transport of coarse, fine and compacted screenings, sludge, grit, and solids

The HUBER Screw Conveyors are custom-built to suit the specific material being transported, ensuring optimal design and efficiency for each unique application. Manufactured using state-of-the-art techniques, these conveyors can be equipped with either a push or pull drive, and additional components like feed hoppers or discharge outlets can be integrated as needed. They also allow for direct screenings transfer between conveyors, ensuring seamless material flow.

The closed tube version HUBER Screw Conveyor Ro8 with guide bars can be installed at an angle of up to 90° depending on the individual product to be conveyed. As an option, depending on the individual installation situation, several units can discharge into one screw conveyor as the screw shaft is supported on both ends. The motor and screw design are adaptable to specific customer requirements. Screw lengths up to  49 ft / 15 m for a throughput of 4.4 GPM – 52 GPM /  1 – 12 m³/h are no problem.
