Aeration/deaeration plant, max. throughput 3000 m³/h
Natural aeration/deaeration plant with air connections on both sides to improve the hygiene in drinking water
reservoirs.
Constructed entirely from 1.4307 (AISI 304 L) stainless steel except the filter material. The components are shielded arc welded, acid-treated in a pickling bath and passivated for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
Security louvre, attack-proof, pre-finished, rigid design with a stable frame and slats. It includes a 1 x 1 mm insect screen that acts as the first filter stage, effectively preventing the ingress of small animals, insects, and organic coarse material.
Air line is provided in partial lengths tailored to the specific local conditions. It includes a connecting plate designed to align with the louvre, allowing for airtight, bolted attachment to the interior structure wall. The setup is completed with a pipe connection piece for seamless integration.
Air filter unit L661 features connection pieces on both sides, making it compatible with the air line. It includes a pre-filter and a suspended matter filter, equipped with two DN 15/2” stainless steel condensate drains positioned upstream and downstream of the filter package. Each drain is fitted with a ball valve for efficient operation. The unit also comes with wall-mounting brackets for secure installation.
The air filter unit is specifically designed for direct installation within the air line. Serving as the second filtration stage, the pre-filter installed in the air line is filter class ISO ePM10 75% according to EN ISO 16890. Its primary function is to extend the service life of the third-stage suspended matter filter. The third-stage filter, rated as class H13, achieves a separation efficiency of at least 99.99% in accordance with DIN EN 1822 standards. Both filters are constructed from germ-killing materials, ensuring the maintenance of drinking water hygiene even under conditions of high load and humidity.
Safety valve as an additional overpressure/underpressure protection to protect the structure in case of operating troubles. The response pressure is 0.14 psi / 1000 Pa.
