HUBER products and solutions for your requirements
For varied flow rates and pollution loads, we use either the HUBER ROTAMAT® screens or HUBER Drum Screen RoMesh® units. These screens effectively remove coarse solids, preventing downstream equipment wear and optimizing treatment efficiency.
After pre-screening, the HUBER Dissolved Air Flotation Plant HDF separates fine mineral and organic particles, yielding water that is nearly solids-free. This clean effluent can be reused, reducing the demand for fresh process water.
The remaining sludge undergoes dewatering with the HUBER Screw Press Q-PRESS® units, achieving maximum volume reduction and minimizing disposal costs.
