To ensure this high level of quality and customer satisfaction, we continuously conduct surveys on the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our customers. We conduct these direct surveys on the performance of our business unit and our service technicians by randomly talking to randomly selected customers about the handling of the entire job after a completed service and having the customer rate the individual parameters. These parameters include, among others:

  • Quality of the work carried out
  • Professional competence of our service technicians
  • Support and advice from the service consultant or service centre
  • Friendliness and appearance of the service technician
  • Adherence to delivery dates

The monthly surveys of our customers and the evaluations thereof are carried out in order to be able to react immediately to possible further improvements and to initiate measures for optimisation, as well as to train our staff accordingly and to further develop processes if necessary. In this way, we maintain the quality of the services and processes of HUBER Global Service at a very high level, demanding of ourselves that we live this quality every day and maintain the high level.
