HUBER Technology’s growing Hire business

These two new hire machines add to the ever-growing range which includes the ROTAMAT® Ro9 Combined Screen. This innovative machine combines screening, washing, transport, compaction, and dewatering in a single unit. It is capable of processing up to 340l/s per second, making it ideal for both unscheduled downtime and proactive maintenance planning. The Ro9's quick and easy installation, along with its low disposal costs due to integrated screenings washing and compaction, has made it a popular choice among HUBER's municipal water customers.

The HUBER Screenings Wash Press WAP®L  are skid-mounted screenings handling plants which come complete with control panels and discharge chutes, suitable for dry or launder feed. The units available can achieve a throughput of up to 18 c.um/hr. They offer intensive washing of screenings, ensuring that your site remains at full working capacity.

The HUBER Sludge Acceptance Plants ROTAMAT® Ro3 are tank-mounted sludge screens, equipped with control panels, level, and flow controls, making them suitable for screenings of primary sludge, imported sludge, and septic tank waste. They can also be used during over-pumping for screening raw sewage and have a sludge throughput up to 230cu.m/hr at 3%ds.

For those in need of a robust solution for removing coarse material from municipal and industrial sludge, the STRAINPRESS® Sludge Screen SP4 is available. This skid-mounted 5mm 2D sludge screen comes with a control panel and is designed to fit easily into existing processes. It has a sludge throughput up to 75 cu.m/hr at 3% ds.
