The containerised HUBER S-DISC sludge thickening plant was a design concept that HUBER GB developed during the COVID lockdown, achieving the first sale in 2022. It is not a trial unit but a fully WIMES compliant maintainable package plant that includes the S-DISC thickener, feed and discharge pumps, a bunded poly make up & dosing unit, lighting and ventilation and a WIMES 3.04 control panel built in -house to each water company specification.
Initially available with a S-DISC size 1 with a capacity of up to 18 cu.m/hr, we are now able to offer the S-DISC size 2 with a capacity of 38 cu.m/hr.
