Transport of Dewatered Screenings

From the screenings wash press to the container – reliable conveyor technology for any requirement

After the screenings have been washed and dewatered in the HUBER Wash Press WAP®, they have to be discharged into the collection container. Depending on the amount of screenings and the local conditions, this transport operation can be simple or very complex.

In the simplest case, the HUBER Wash Press WAP® discharges the screenings directly into a container standing next to the wash press. However, as soon as longer distances have to be covered and/or the screenings have to be transported from several screenings wash presses to one or more containers, additional conveying technology is required.

HUBER solves such conveying needs with the proven HUBER Screw Conveyor Ro8 T (trough version) and the HUBER Screw Conveyor Ro8 (closed tube version).

Reliable solutions can be created for any screenings quantity and any local conditions with this technology. Also with regard to the degree of automation, all customer requirements can be fulfilled, as the optimal filling of the containers can be ensured either with manual support as well as semi-automated or fully automated.
