Since December 2018, HUBER SE has been officially certified as an Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) of the European Union for Customs Simplification / Security (AEO F). This means that we can now handle all customs formalities for our customers within the EU even more efficiently and make international supply chains more secure.

The granting of this status is linked to extensive conditions of the Customs Code of the European Union and implemented in European law. Among other things, these require reliability, solvency and compliance with relevant legal and security regulations.

The AEO certificates are a seal of quality for a reliable business partner. HUBER has been fulfilling their requirements for years with organisational precautions in the company in order to systematically guarantee compliance with standards as far as possible. On the one hand, this includes precautionary measures, such as informing affected employees, and on the other hand, monitoring relevant internal processes. Now the company's own quality standards are also formally documented with the new certificate.
